1) Ph.D. degree at the time of appointment (April 1, 2027)
2) Willingness and enthusiasm to engage in educational activities
3) Ability to conduct research on the relaxation processes of excited states and light energy conversion (such as photon upconversion) in metal clusters and organic molecules based on photophysical chemistry, in collaboration with Professor Masaaki Mitsui.
(We welcome motivated young researchers who wish to leverage their expertise—whether in spectroscopy, synthesis, property measurement, or computation—to explore and develop new research frontiers in photophysical chemistry upon appointment.)
